Easily one of the greatest albums of all time. Pure and flawless rock, I love all of it's little quirks like the fakeouts and the radio segments. Literally everything about it is peak, the lyrics, the vocals, the guitar and the drums. Dave Grohl's drumming is an amazing addition. It's called Songs For The Deaf because I am going to be deaf by 30 if I keep having this bang on at full volume.
You Think I Ain't Worth A Dollar is a hell of a song to start off the album with (after the hidden track) and sets a high expectation for the rest of the album that it delivers on. Immediately going to No One Knows after is insane, phenomenal track. Perfect even. Again, I can't list out all of the tracks I love because it's the entire album. Go With The Flow though is FUCKING AMAZING, I love that song so much and it's easily one of my favourite tracks of all time. Gonna Leave You and Another Love Song are also perfect tracks. Song for the Deaf is an amazing closer and I love that the end of it is Feel Good Hit of the Summer. Mosquito Song is very beautiful hidden track at the end.
Everybody's Gonna Be Happy is a nice upbeat bonus track and I don't mind that also being the final track.
It's another one of those albums that I never truly appreciated for both it as an album and it as a collection of songs. I thought it was sick as an album before but never really listened to any of the tracks on their own until one day me and my friends played Fortnite Festival and Go With The Flow was on there, it feels stupid that that was the thing that really got me hooked on that song but this is the exact same for Absolution by Muse where at the same time I got hooked on Hysteria.
