Like with Lullabies to Paralyze I haven't listened to this nearly as much as I have compared to the other QOTSA albums so maybe it hasn't properly clicked with me yet. I like it but I think I prefer the sound of the former rather than the latter. It's still good, there are a few tracks I really like such as I'm Designer and Make It Wit Chu but I do greatly prefer the first half of the album. The second half is alright, nothing as crazy as the first half but just alright enough to not be disappointed.
The bonus tracks are good. Running Joke should have been the closer for the album and I like the track Era Vulgaris. These should have replaced a couple of the tracks on the second half.
