"If Life in Technicolour is so good why isn't there a Life in Technicolour II" Crazy start to the EP, Life in Technicolour deserved this treatment as it works so well as a full song and it's probably the highlight of the whole album. Postcards and Glass of Water are both good but I don't have much more to say. Rainy Day makes my ears feel good. Title Track/Poppyfields sort of just went over my head, not bad but didn't grip me. I Don't think the Jay-Z feature on Lost is bad but I think it could have been integrated a bit better, his vocals sound quieter than Chris' compared to the instrumental. You can't go wrong with a mix of Lovers in Japan, final track is also sweet. All around a good EP for Viva la Vida.
